Questo amore l&#8217;ha portata a frequentare l&#8217;Istituto Alberghiero di Salsomaggiore Terme e poi la prestigiosa scuola di Alta Cucina ALMA a Colorno. La sua carriera decolla quando entra nelle cucine del Quadri a Venezia, dove, dopo un periodo di stage, viene assunta come responsabile dei primi piatti. La sua predilezione per questa sezione della cucina diventa ben presto una firma distintiva del suo stile.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo Venezia, Sabrina si trasferisce a Madonna di Campiglio, lavorando per due anni con lo chef Giovanni D&#8217;Alitta. Tuttavia, il richiamo di Milano \u00e8 forte e la porta nel capoluogo lombardo, dove inizia a raccogliere esperienze nelle cucine pi\u00f9 rinomate della citt\u00e0, tra cui Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia. Qui, gli chef Negrini e Pisani riconoscono subito il suo talento, facendola partecipare al progetto di VOCE in Piazza della Scala. Questa esperienza si rivela cruciale per la sua crescita professionale, portandola infine a diventare capopartita dei primi al Luogo di Aimo e Nadia.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo quattro anni intensi, Sabrina decide di prendersi una pausa dai ritmi frenetici della cucina. Tuttavia, questa pausa dura poco: viene presto ricontattata dagli chef Negrini e Pisani, che le offrono la guida del BistRo Aimo e Nadia.
